Description

These are 4-axis robots that are both compact and easy to install. They are suitable for palletising the most diverse types of product thanks to pick-up implements that are tailor-made for each type of product.

The space requirements of these machines are as small as possible. Pallets on floor level can be removed manually or by means of special conveyors to guarantee a non-stop production cycle. The special portal structure is extremely versatile: products, sheets and empty pallets can be inserted from all 4 sides; the same applies to the palletised product.

Programming the arrangement of the product on the pallet (layout) is extremely simple. After installation, there is no need for particular assistance from SABA Automation technical staff.
