Description

Shuttles on tracks are used to handle pallets along long distances, in premises where the work area must remain clear or where the handling system must handle various pallet picking and placing stations.

This system is basically composed of a motorised car under a transport system that can be of the roller or chain type, as required. The shuttle can reach the loading and unloading stations at a high speed. The choice of wheels and tracks depends on the characteristics of the place of installation: type of floor and traffic inside the factory (forklift trucks, other systems on wheels, etc.).

The pallet shuttle can be equipped with certified safety systems for detecting obstacles so that it can move in walkways without the need to provide fences or guards around it.
