Description

The Wide Wrapping Machine is fully automatic and designed to wrap pallets of different sizes.

The machine is run by a control unit. A keyboard on board the machine allows for insertion of all settings. Other adjustments are entrusted to micro switches and sensors.

The wrapping process is fully automatic; plastic wrapped around the pack is of the heat shrink type. In fact, the WIDE wrapping machine is generally supplied with the SABA Automation heat shrinking oven. However, the machine does not have to work with the oven as it is a fully independent unit.

The Wide machine is often combined with another module for applying a heat shrink sheet on the top side of the package. This unit is called the “Upper sheet insertion unit”.
