It is a 4-axis robot that is compact and easy to install. It has been designed for palletising specific products, such as rolls of toilet paper, kitchen paper, industrial rolls, folded products, paper napkins, paper handkerchiefs, etc.

The space requirements of these machines are as small as possible. Pallets on floor level can be removed manually or by means of special conveyors to guarantee a non-stop production cycle.

The special structure of the BD palletiser is suitable for obtaining tall stacks (up to 3 metres), despite the limited height of the palletiser. The mechanical components have been developed to make installation particularly rapid.

It is extremely easy to set up the arrangement of products on the pallet (layouts) and to control the entire station. All these operations can be performed using an industrial PC with SABA Automation software, especially developed to give customers the possibility to rapidly change size on a fully independent basis.
